Each Shopify order counts once per calendar month, however many audits it appears in. Re-auditing orders you've already audited this month doesn't use more of your allowance; only orders not yet audited this month count. Each audit still counts toward your plan's audits for the month. Refunds on an order aren't counted as extra orders.
Does Shopify handle billing?
Yes — all charges go through Shopify's billing system. You'll see the Fincile subscription directly in your Shopify admin under Apps & charges. There is no external payment processor and no credit card required outside of Shopify.
Which gateways support live sync vs CSV upload?
Live sync (automatic pull via API) is available for Stripe and PayPal on every plan, including the Free audit. Shopify Payments and all other gateways — including Square, Authorize.net, Braintree, Klarna, Afterpay, and Razorpay — are supported via CSV upload (for Shopify Payments, the payout export), also on every plan.
What happens if I reach my plan's limit?
An audit that would go over your plan's audits or orders for the calendar month isn't run, and you'll see exactly which limit was reached, when your next audit is available, and what upgrading gives. Nothing is deleted, and you can run the audit again after upgrading or with a shorter date range.
